Transactions
This KPI refers to the total number of transactions for the selected dimension. In this example, the transactions for the respective PSP providers are displayed. This KPI is particularly advantageous because you can draw conclusions about which PSP provider contributes to the overall success.
Reasons
The most common reasons for an unsuccessful transaction are displayed here. These reasons for an unsuccessful transaction are those listed in the Dashboard section. However, these reasons are displayed here for each dimension. In this example, the unsuccessful transactions are displayed for the respective PSP provider.
Cancel Ratio
This metric displays the cancellation rate for transactions. The cancellation rate is calculated by dividing the number of cancelled transactions by the total number of transactions.
Success
This KPI shows the market share measured by imperfect sales. We use two scales for this: On the X-axis, we have the "Imperfect Rate", which represents how many transactions were not good. The Y-axis represents the share of successful transactions in total transactions.
