This section presents the technical key figures and metrics that measure the performance and efficiency of collana pay in the area of sales and transactions.
In the "Advanced Analytics" section, users have access to various filter options. These filters include sales, transactions, and technical metrics.
Sales
The "Sales" section is displayed as follows and deals with the following key figures:
Age Group
This section is divided into different age groups and shows the average shopping cart value for the age group. This gives users a clear view of the average shopping cart values assigned to each of the different age groups. This breakdown makes it possible to specifically analyze and better understand the buying behavior and spending habits of customers in different age groups. Based on this information, targeted marketing strategies can be developed to better address the needs and preferences of the different age groups.
Gender
This key figure shows the gender distribution of transactions. The logic of the calculation is based on salutation. If there is a salutation, it is the salutation. In some cases there is not, then the name is used to see what it probably is.
Simply according to the logic: Does this first name already exist from other transactions with salutation? Then it is probably the most frequently used salutation for this name.
Map
In this map there is a possibility to zoom into the map. The ten countries with the highest order value are displayed. The size of the circles on the map corresponds to the top ten countries, with a larger circle representing a higher order value.
Cluster Benchmark
In the "Cluster Benchmark" area, a company's own sales are compared with those of another company in the same field. A so-called competitive twin is created.
The comparison of the company's turnover for the selected period is made with the artificial comparison of the competition. The color orange is used to represent the own turnover, while the color gray represents the turnover of the competition. This representation provides a clear overview to better understand the performance of one's own company compared to the competition. You can read more about how the artificial competitive twin is determined here.
Transactions 2
The Transactions section presents your own company's key figures compared to the artificial competitive twin. Here, the transaction data u of one's own company is compared with that of the artificial competitive twin.
Cancel Ratio
This graph shows the percentage development of the total number of cancellations over the entire period. Both the total number of transactions and the number of cancelled transactions are shown. The graph provides an understandable analysis of how the cancellation rate changes over time and how it relates to the total number of transactions.
Cancelled Process Steps
This view illustrates in which payment step the cancellation occurs. Up to four steps can be shown:
- Create
- Prepare
- Reserve
- Void
The Cancelled Process Steps Comparison section below shows the same metrics for the artificial competitive twin.
Cluster Benchmark
In this section, your own failed transactions are compared to the artificial competitive twin. Here, a comparison is made of the failed transactions between the own company and the artificial competitive twin. The failed or unsuccessful transactions can result from various reasons. In the "Dashboard" area, these reasons are explained under the key figure "Imperfect Reasons". Scrolling to the respective peak will display the number of unsuccessful transactions.
Tech Metrics
In this section, the filter for four dimensions can be selected and the dashboard will update accordingly for the selected dimension. In this example, the PSP is considered, which is highlighted with the orange color.
Processing Time
This KPI measures the average time taken to process an order, from the time it is entered until it is posted. The cancel ratio refers to the percentage of cancelled orders.
Rejected Payments
This metric provides information on the total and number of rejected transactions. The rejection is not done by collana pay, but by the PSP provider. The filter can also be applied to other dimensions.
Processing Time
This overview shows the average processing time of an order from creation (Create) to capture (Capture).
