It is important to note that this configuration only affects the behavior of collana pay and does not affect the payment service provider or the integrated system. The settings in the respective backend of the payment service provider should therefore be made in the same way as these settings. If you make a setting here that is not supported by the respective payment service provider, a corresponding error message will be displayed. Please make sure that the settings in the backend of the payment service provider are made exactly as stated here.
Once you've completed the configuration and saved the changes, you can use the Back button to return to the overview. There you will now find your created provider account with the corresponding information:
The following article explains the meanings of the configuration settings. The setup is aimed at synchronizing between PSP configuration and collana pay configuration.
PspAutoCaptureEnabled
With the PSP, there may be an option to determine whether an amount should only be reserved or
immediately captured upon reservation. This setting defines whether the PSP automatically captures
the amount or if a separate capture is required. However, this setup does not mean that
collana pay automatically initiates a capture.
PspAutoVoidEnabled
With the PSP, there may be an option to determine whether a reserved remaining amount should be
released again after a partial capture. This setting defines whether the PSP automatically releases
the remaining amount (Void) or if a separate Void is necessary. However, this setup does not mean that
collana pay automatically initiates a Void.
AllowMultipleCaptures
This setting defines whether the amount can be captured in multiple partial captures or if only
one capture is allowed.
AllowRefund
This setting defines whether refunds are possible on a captured amount with item reference or not.
(For example, in the case of a return) A refund always refers to a capture and always has an item reference.
AllowCredit
This setting defines whether value credits are possible on a captured amount without item reference
or not. A possible example here would be a goodwill credit.
IsBillingCustomerDataRequired
This setting defines whether the billing customer data is required from the customer during communication
with Collana Pay or not.
IsShippingCustomerDataRequired
This setting defines whether the shipping customer data is required from the customer during communication
with collana pay or not.
