Setup: Computop

To use Computop as a PSP, you need the following credentials, which must be stored in COPAL:

• HmacKey
• Key
• MerchantId
• MerchantName

Computop provides these credentials to the customer upon contract conclusion. The customer cannot create them in the backend themselves.

Note:

Void for the payment methods Credit Card and DirectDebit

The void ('Reversal' at Computop) reverses the last interaction for the payment types CreditCard and DirectDebit. This means that a void only works in this case before a capture, as collana pay only cancels the reservation in this constellation.
