Tenant
A tenant is created by collana hive and the tenant ID is used to uniquely identify a company and as a license key for the use of collana pay.
The tenant ID is required for the configuration of the Business Central app in order to retrieve the necessary information from the database.
Various tabs can be seen on the start page.
Providers
A provider account is a combination of a payment service provider (PSP) and a payment method. Setting up a provider account in the Providers tab allows you to configure the desired providers and payment methods.
The information required for the setup can be found in the backend of the respective PSP and may vary depending on the PSP.
The general creation of a new provider account is described here. Instructions for setting up the individual PSPs can be found in the Help Center in the Payment service providers category.
It is important to note that the configuration only affects the behavior of collana pay and has no effect on the PSP or the integrated system. The settings in the respective backend of the payment service provider should therefore be made according to the settings in COPAL. If a setting is made in COPAL that is not supported by the respective PSP, a corresponding error message will be displayed.
Onboarding
In the Onboarding tab, you can set up authentication with a PSP by retrieving a token.Onboarding can currently be done for the PSPs PayPal and Mollie.

Authentications
The authentication methods to be used for asynchronous communication (callbacks) can be defined in the Authentications tab. These callbacks are used, for example, to transmit information about the status of a payment. However, it is possible that the system or endpoint to which collana pay sends these messages is not publicly accessible. Authentication methods are defined to ensure communication. After configuration, collana pay generates an authentication ID that is later used in the requests.

Contacts
In the Contacts tab, contact persons can be entered who we can contact if anomalies are detected in the monitoring in order to rectify them as quickly as possible.
